Installation

Unpack and inspect all contents. Place on a flat, stable, and level surface away from direct sunlight and heat sources.

  1. Remove the water tank and fill with clean, cool water. Do not use hot water.
  2. Install the wick filter: Remove from packaging and insert into the base unit, ensuring it is seated properly.
  3. Place the filled water tank back onto the base, aligning it correctly.
  4. Position the humidifier at least 12 inches from walls and furniture for proper air circulation.

WARNING! Always place on a water-resistant surface. Do not operate without the wick filter installed. Ensure the unit is on a stable surface to prevent tipping.

First-Time Setup

After installation, plug the unit into a standard 120V AC electrical outlet.

  1. Power on: Press the POWER button on the control panel.

  1. Daily: Check water level and refill as needed.
  2. Weekly: Clean the water tank with a mild detergent and rinse thoroughly. Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth.
  3. Monthly or as needed: Replace the wick filter (typically every 1-3 months depending on water hardness and usage).
  4. Seasonal Storage: When not in use for extended periods, empty all water, clean all parts thoroughly, and store in a dry place with the tank separated from the base.

CAUTION! Unplug the unit before any cleaning or maintenance. Do not use abrasive cleaners, bleach, or solvents. Never immerse the base unit in water.
