Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on level, stable surface away from walls and electronics.

  1. Remove all packaging materials from humidifier and tank.
  2. Place humidifier on a flat, level surface in the center of the room or at least 12 inches from walls.
  3. Install the filter: Remove filter from packaging and insert into filter compartment as indicated by arrows.
  4. Fill the water tank: Remove tank, fill with clean, cool tap water, and replace securely on base.
  5. Plug into standard 120V AC power outlet.

WARNING! Do not place on carpet or near heat sources. Ensure unit is upright before filling.

First-Time Setup

Power on humidifier; follow initial setup steps.

  1. Set desired humidity: Press HUMIDITY button to select between 30%-60% (45% recommended).
  2. Set timer: Press TIMER to program run duration (2, 4, 8, 12 hours).
  3. Select mode: Press MODE for continuous or quiet operation.

Connecting to Power

Use included power cord with 3-prong plug.

  2. Plug power cord securely into rear of unit.
  3. Plug other end into grounded 120V AC outlet.
  4. Press POWER button to turn on; display will illuminate.

Tip: Use a dedicated outlet; avoid using extension cords.

Operation Modes

  3. Monthly: Remove and clean filter under running water; allow to air dry completely before reinstalling.
  4. Every 3 Months: Replace filter (Model HF365). Press and hold FILTER RESET for 3 seconds after replacement.
  5. Seasonal Storage: Empty all water, clean all parts, dry completely, store in original box in dry location.
