Specifications

Controls and Operation

Control Knob: Turns unit ON/OFF and adjusts mist output level. Power Indicator Light: Illuminates when unit is on.

Operation Modes: OFF, LOW (quiet, minimal mist), MEDIUM, HIGH (maximum mist output).

To adjust humidity: Turn knob to higher setting for drier conditions, lower setting to maintain humidity. Auto Shut-Off: Unit will power off when tank is empty or if tank is removed. This prevents damage and ensures safety.

Maintenance & Cleaning

Regular cleaning prevents mold, mineral buildup, and ensures efficient operation.

  1. Unplug unit and remove tank.
  2. Empty any remaining water from tank and base.
  3. Clean tank: Use mild dish soap and warm water. Rinse thoroughly.
  4. Clean base: Wipe interior with soft cloth and mild soap solution. Do not submerge base.
  5. Descale: If mineral deposits appear, use white vinegar solution (1 part vinegar to 2 parts water) to soak affected parts for 20 minutes, then rinse.
  6. Dry completely before reassembling.

Tip: Clean humidifier at least once a week, or more often in hard water areas.

Filter Replacement

The wicking filter should be replaced every 1-2 months, or when discolored or clogged.

  1. Turn off and unplug humidifier.
  2. Remove tank and old filter from base tray.
  3. Insert new filter: Place into tray, ensuring it sits flat.
  4. Reassemble tank and base.
  5. Soak new filter: Allow unit to run for 10-15 minutes to fully saturate filter before regular use.

WARNING! Do not operate without a filter. Using a dirty filter reduces efficiency and can promote microbial growth.

Safety Features

Auto Shut-Off: Activates when water tank is empty or improperly seated. Tip-Over Protection: Unit is designed to minimize leakage if tipped. Cool Mist: No hot water or steam, reducing burn risk.

Care & Storage

When not in use for extended periods:

  1. Unplug unit.
  2. Empty and thoroughly clean all parts (tank, base, filter).
  3. Allow all components to air dry completely.
  4. Store in original box or protective cover in a cool, dry place.
  5. Remove filter and discard if storing longer than a month.

CAUTION! Never store with water inside. This prevents mold and mineral buildup.
