Installation & Setup

Unpack and inspect all components. Place on a flat, stable, waterproof surface away from electronics.

  1. Remove all packaging materials from tank and base.
  2. Install the demineralization cartridge (if included) into the slot inside the base.
  3. Fill the tank with cool, clean tap water. Do not use hot water or additives.
  4. Place the tank securely onto the base, ensuring it clicks into position.
  5. Plug the power adapter into the humidifier and then into a 120V AC outlet.

WARNING! Always use the provided power adapter. Place humidifier on a level surface to prevent leakage. Keep away from children.

First-Time Use

Power on the humidifier; follow initial setup steps.

  1. Press the POWER button to turn on the unit.
  2. Select desired mist output using the SPEED button (Low, Medium, High).
  3. Set the desired humidity level using the HUMIDISTAT knob (if equipped).
  4. The UV indicator light will illuminate, showing the UV chamber is active.
  5. Allow a few minutes for mist to appear. Adjust settings as needed.

CAUTION! Use only clean, cool water. Never operate without water in the tank. Ensure the tank is properly seated.

Operation Guide

Daily operation for optimal performance.

  1. Ensure tank is filled with clean, cool water.
  2. Press POWER to turn on. Select speed setting.
  3. Adjust humidistat to desired level. Unit will cycle on/off to maintain it.
  4. When refill indicator lights, turn off, unplug, and refill tank.
  5. For maximum output, place humidifier centrally in room, at least 12 inches from walls.
  6. Use in an enclosed room for best humidity retention.

Tip: Use distilled or demineralized water to minimize white dust and reduce cleaning frequency.

Cleaning & Maintenance

Regular cleaning prevents mold and mineral buildup. Unplug before cleaning.

  1. Daily: Refill with fresh water. Wipe exterior with a damp cloth.
  2. Weekly: Empty tank and base. Clean tank with mild soap and water; rinse thoroughly.
  3. Monthly/As Needed: Descale if mineral deposits appear. Use white vinegar solution (1 part vinegar to 2 parts water) to soak affected parts for 20 minutes, then scrub gently and rinse.
  4. Clean the UV chamber according to manual instructions (usually wiping with a soft cloth).
  5. Ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembling.

WARNING! Never immerse base in water. Do not use abrasive cleaners or brushes. Always unplug before cleaning.
