Unpack and inspect all contents. Place unit on a firm, level, waterproof surface away from electronics and furniture.

  4. Monthly: Deep clean tank and base with a solution of 1 cup white vinegar and 1 gallon water. Rinse completely.

Filter Replacement

The wicking filter should be replaced every 1-2 months, depending on water hardness and usage.

  1. Unplug unit and remove water tank.
  2. Lift out the old filter from the base.
  3. Soak new filter (HWF-100) in cool water for 15 minutes.
  4. Place soaked filter into the base, ensuring it sits flat.
  5. Replace tank and plug in unit.

WARNING! Never operate the humidifier without a filter. A clogged or old filter reduces efficiency and can cause malfunctions.
