Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on stable, level surface.

  1. Remove all packaging materials from humidifier and tank.
  2. Place humidifier on a flat, stable surface away from walls and furniture.
  3. Install wicking filter: Remove filter from packaging and insert into filter slot in base.
  4. Fill tank with clean, cool water: Carry tank to sink, remove cap, fill, and replace cap securely.
  5. Place tank on base: Align tank with base and set in place.

WARNING! Do not use with damaged cord or plug. Ensure unit is on a dry surface.

First-Time Setup

Prepare humidifier for initial use.

  1. Install filter as described in Installation.
  2. Fill tank with clean water and place on base.
  3. Plug power cord into 120V AC outlet.
  4. Turn power switch to ON position.
  5. Set humidity control dial to desired level (recommended 40-60% for comfort).
  6. Allow unit to run for a few minutes to prime the filter and begin humidifying.

CAUTION! Use only clean, cool water. Do not add essential oils or chemicals.

Connecting to Power

Use only with proper electrical connection.

  2. Plug power cord directly into 120V AC wall outlet.
  3. Do not use extension cords or power strips.
  4. Ensure cord is not pinched or damaged.

Tip: Place humidifier within 4 feet of outlet to avoid cord hazards.

Operating the Humidifier

For optimal performance and comfort.

  1. Fill tank with clean, cool water daily.
  2. Turn power switch to ON position.
  3. Adjust humidity control dial to desired setting.
  4. Monitor room humidity with hygrometer (not included).
  5. When tank is empty, unit will automatically shut off.
  6. To refill: Turn unit OFF, remove tank, refill, replace tank, and turn ON.
  7. For continuous operation: Refill tank before completely empty.

WARNING! Never operate without water in tank. Do not move unit while in operation.

Maintenance & Cleaning

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and longevity.

  1. Daily: Refill with clean water.
  2. Weekly: Clean tank and base with mild detergent and soft cloth. Rinse thoroughly.
  3. Monthly: Replace wicking filter (sooner if water is hard or indicator light is on).
  4. Seasonal: Deep clean before storage. Use vinegar solution to descale if needed.
  5. Storage: Empty all water, dry completely, and store in original box in dry location.

CAUTION! Unplug before cleaning. Never immerse base in water.
