Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on a flat, stable, and level surface away from walls and furniture.

  1. Remove the water tank: Lift by the handle and separate from base.
  2. Install the wicking filter: Remove from packaging, soak in water for 15 minutes, then insert into filter frame in base.
  3. Fill the tank: Turn tank upside down, remove cap, fill with cool tap water, replace cap securely.
  4. Place tank on base: Align tank with base and set down gently until seated.
  5. Plug into a 120V AC power outlet.

WARNING! Use only cool tap water. Do not use hot water or additives. Ensure unit is on a waterproof surface. Keep cord away from water.

First-Time Setup

Plug in unit; press POWER button to turn on.

  1. Set desired humidity: Press HUMIDISTAT button, use +/- to set level (40-50% recommended).
  2. Select fan speed: Press FAN button to cycle through High, Medium, Low.
  3. Set timer (optional): Press TIMER, select duration (2, 4, 8, 12 hrs).

Operation and Daily Use

  1. Daily: Check water level via indicator; refill as needed.
  2. To refill: Turn off, remove tank, fill with cool water, replace.
  3. Adjust settings: Change fan speed or humidistat as room conditions change.
  4. Use timer: For overnight use or when leaving home.
  5. Monitor filter: Replace every 1-3 months depending on usage and water hardness.

WARNING! Never add essential oils, fragrances, or water treatment chemicals to the tank. Do not move unit while it contains water.

Maintenance & Cleaning

Regular cleaning prevents mold and mineral buildup.

Weekly: Wipe exterior with damp cloth. Monthly: Deep clean tank and base. Unplug unit. Empty all water. Clean tank with mild soap and water, rinse thoroughly. Wipe base interior. Soak filter in a 1:1 vinegar/water solution for 20 minutes to descale, rinse well. Air dry all parts completely before reassembly. Filter Replacement: Replace wicking filter (Model HF360) every 1-3 months or when visibly dirty/mineralized. Press and hold FILTER RESET for 3 seconds after installing new filter.

CAUTION! Unplug before cleaning. Do not immerse base in water. Never use abrasive cleaners or bleach.
