Controls and Operation

Main Control Dial: Rotate to adjust mist output from Low to High. Power Indicator: Blue LED shows unit is on. 360° Mist Nozzle: Rotate to direct mist flow.

Operation Tips: For best results, set dial to middle setting. Use High for rapid humidification, Low for maintenance. The auto-shutoff will activate when tank is empty.

Daily: Check water level, refill as needed. Weekly: Clean tank and base as per maintenance section.

Maintenance & Cleaning

Regular cleaning prevents mold and mineral buildup. Unplug unit before cleaning.

  1. Empty tank: Pour out any remaining water.
  2. Clean tank: Use a soft brush and mild dish soap with warm water. Rinse thoroughly.
  3. Clean base: Wipe interior with a damp cloth. Do not submerge base in water.
  4. Descale: For mineral deposits, use a mixture of white vinegar and water (1:1). Soak tank for 20 minutes, then scrub and rinse.
  5. Dry: Allow all parts to air dry completely before reassembly.

Tip: Clean unit at least once a week during regular use, or more often in hard water areas.

Filter Replacement

The wick filter should be replaced every 1-2 months, or when visibly discolored or hardened.

  1. Unplug unit and remove water tank.
  2. Remove old filter from the filter frame in the base.
  3. Insert new Honeywell HF-620 filter, ensuring it is fully seated.
  4. Reassemble tank and base.
  5. Soak new filter for 15-20 minutes before first use for optimal performance.

WARNING! Do not operate without a filter. Using a worn-out filter reduces efficiency and can cause mineral dust output.

Safety Features

Auto Shut-Off: Activates when tank is empty or improperly seated. Low Noise Design: Safe for use in bedrooms and nurseries. Cool Mist Technology: No hot water or steam risk.

Care & Storage

When not in use for extended periods:

  1. Unplug unit.
  2. Empty and thoroughly clean all parts (see Maintenance).
  3. Allow all components to dry completely.
  4. Remove and discard old filter.
  5. Store in original box in a cool, dry place.

CAUTION! Never store with water in the tank. This can lead to mold growth and damage.
