Installation & Placement

Unpack and inspect contents. Choose a stable, level location.

  1. Remove all packaging materials from humidifier and tank.
  2. Place unit on a flat, waterproof surface at least 6 inches from walls.
  3. Install wick filter: Remove filter from bag, insert into filter slot until it clicks.
  4. Fill water tank: Remove tank, open fill cap, fill with cool tap water, replace cap.
  5. Place tank back on unit, ensuring it is seated properly.
  6. Plug power cord into 120V AC outlet.

WARNING! Do not place on carpets or uneven surfaces. Keep away from heat sources and direct sunlight.

First-Time Setup

Power on humidifier; follow initial setup steps.

Filter Replacement

  3. Insert new HEV680W filter into slot until it clicks into place.
  4. Press and hold FILTER RESET button for 3 seconds to reset indicator light.
  5. Reinstall water tank and plug in unit.

Care & Storage
