After setup, follow these steps to begin operation.
CAUTION! Do not block the mist outlet. Operate only with the filter properly installed.
Primary controls are located on the front of the base unit.

Indicator Light: Steady blue light when unit is operating normally. Glows red when tank is empty and needs refilling.
Auto Shut-Off: Unit will automatically power off when the water tank is empty. The red light will remain on until the tank is refilled.
Regular cleaning prevents mold and mineral buildup. Clean every 1-2 weeks during use.
Tip: For disinfecting, use a solution of 1 teaspoon of white vinegar per gallon of water. Rinse thoroughly.
The wicking filter should be replaced every 1-2 months, or when it appears discolored or crusty.
WARNING! Never operate the humidifier without a filter installed. This can cause white dust and damage the unit.
When not in use for an extended period (e.g., summer months), prepare the unit for storage.
