Operation: Plug in unit. Turn dial clockwise to increase mist output. The unit will run until the desired humidity is reached or the tank is empty. Auto shut-off activates when tank is removed or empty. The power light remains on when operating.

Maintenance & Cleaning

Regular cleaning prevents mold and mineral buildup.

  1. Unplug unit and remove tank.
  2. Empty any remaining water from tank and base.
  3. Clean tank: Use mild detergent and soft brush. Rinse thoroughly.
  4. Clean base: Wipe interior with damp cloth; do not submerge.
  5. Disinfect: Periodically use manufacturer-recommended cleaner or vinegar solution (1 part white vinegar to 3 parts water). Rinse well.
  6. Dry completely before reassembly.

Tip: Clean every 1-2 weeks during use; more often in hard water areas.

Filter Replacement

Replace demineralization cartridge every 1-2 months or as needed.

  1. Unplug unit and remove tank.
  2. Open filter compartment on base.
  3. Remove old filter and discard.
  4. Insert new filter (do not rinse).

  6. Reassemble and run unit.

WARNING! Using the unit without a filter or with a clogged filter reduces performance and may cause white dust.

Using Essential Oils

Optional essential oil tray (if included).

  1. Ensure unit is unplugged and dry.
  2. Place a few drops of essential oil onto the tray (do not exceed 5 drops).
  3. Insert tray into designated slot on unit.
  4. Operate as normal. The mist will carry the scent.

CAUTION! Do not add oils directly to water tank or mist outlet. Use only 100% pure essential oils. Clean tray after each use.

Care & Storage

When not in use for extended periods:

  1. Unplug and empty all water.
  2. Clean and disinfect tank and base as per instructions.
  3. Remove and discard old filter.
