  1. Unplug the unit and remove the water tank.
  2. Empty any remaining water from the base reservoir.
  3. Clean Tank & Base: Use a soft cloth or brush with a mixture of mild dish soap and warm water. Do not submerge the base in water.

  5. Wipe all surfaces dry with a clean cloth.
  6. Descale (if needed): For mineral deposits, use a solution of 1 cup white vinegar and 1 gallon water. Let sit for 20 minutes, then scrub and rinse thoroughly.

WARNING! Never use abrasive cleaners, bleach, or solvents. Do not immerse the motorized base in water.

Filter Replacement

The Demineralization Cartridge (Wick Filter) should be replaced every 1-2 months, or when visibly discolored or mineralized.

  1. Unplug the humidifier and remove the water tank.
  2. Remove the old filter from its slot in the base.
  3. Prepare New Filter: Soak the new filter in cool water for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Insert the new, soaked filter into the slot. Ensure it is seated properly.
  5. Reassemble the tank and base, then plug in the unit.

Note: Using the humidifier without a filter or with an old filter can cause excessive white dust and reduce performance.

Care & Storage

When not in use for an extended period, prepare the humidifier for storage.

  1. Unplug the unit.
  2. Empty and thoroughly clean the tank and base as per cleaning instructions. Allow all parts to air dry completely.
  3. Remove and discard the used filter.
  4. Reassemble the unit without a filter. Store in the original box or a clean, dry place.
  5. Do not store with water in the tank or base.

CAUTION! Always store in a dry location to prevent mold growth.
