  3. Fill the water tank: Remove tank from base, turn upside down, unscrew cap, fill with cool tap water (do not use hot water), replace cap securely.
  4. Place tank on base: Align tank with base and set down firmly. Ensure tank is seated properly to activate the valve.
  5. Plug the power cord into a standard 120V AC electrical outlet.

WARNING! Always place humidifier on a water-resistant surface. Do not operate without water. Keep cord away from heated surfaces.

First-Time Use

After installation, follow these steps for initial operation.

  1. Power on: Press the Power Button. The unit will beep and the indicator light will illuminate.
  2. Set mist output: Turn the Humidity Control Dial to desired setting (Low, Medium, High).
  3. Adjust nozzle: Point the 360-degree mist nozzle away from walls, furniture, and electronics.

Maintenance & Cleaning

Regular cleaning prevents mold, mineral buildup, and ensures efficient operation.

  1. Daily: Refill with fresh, cool water. Wipe exterior with a damp cloth.
  2. Weekly: Unplug unit. Empty any remaining water. Clean tank and base with a mixture of 1 cup white vinegar and 1 gallon water. Use a soft brush to clean hard-to-reach areas. Rinse thoroughly with clean water.
  3. Monthly: Deep clean the tank cap and valve assembly. Soak filter in vinegar solution for 20 minutes if mineral deposits are visible, then rinse (or replace per schedule).
  4. Before Storage: Clean thoroughly, dry all parts completely, and store in original box in a cool, dry place.

WARNING! Always unplug the humidifier before cleaning. Never immerse the base unit in water or let water enter the motor or electrical components.

Filter Replacement

The wicking filter should be replaced every 1-2 months for optimal performance, or more often if you have hard water.

  1. Unplug the humidifier and remove the water tank.
  2. Lift out the old filter from the base.
  3. Soak the new filter in cool water for 15 minutes.
  4. Insert the new, soaked filter into the filter frame in the base.
  5. Replace the water tank and plug in the unit.

Note: Using the humidifier without a filter or with an old, clogged filter can reduce mist output, increase white dust, and potentially damage the unit.
