Controls and Settings

Front Panel Controls: Power Button, Humidistat Dial, Refill Indicator Light, Filter Change Indicator.

Operation: Turn dial clockwise to increase humidity output and counter-clockwise to decrease. The power button turns the unit on/off. Indicator lights provide status: Blue for normal operation, Amber for low water, Red for filter change.

Operation Guide

Daily operation for maintaining optimal indoor humidity.

  1. Check water level daily; refill when indicator light glows amber.
  2. Adjust humidistat based on room conditions (higher in dry weather, lower in humid).
  3. Direct mist away from walls, furniture, and electronics using the adjustable nozzle.
  4. For continuous operation, refill the tank before it runs completely dry.
  5. Use the quiet mode (lowest setting) in bedrooms or offices.

Tip: Ideal indoor humidity is between 40-50%. Use a hygrometer to monitor room humidity if needed.

Cleaning & Maintenance

Regular cleaning prevents mold and mineral buildup.

  1. Unplug the unit and remove the water tank.
  2. Empty any remaining water from the tank and base.
  3. Clean the tank with a mixture of mild soap and warm water. Rinse thoroughly.
  4. Wipe the base interior with a damp cloth. Do not submerge the base in water.
  5. Clean the mist nozzle with a soft brush to remove any mineral deposits.
  6. Allow all parts to air dry completely before reassembly.
  7. Clean the unit at least once a week during regular use.

WARNING! Never use harsh chemicals, abrasives, or detergents. Do not immerse the motor base in water.

Filter Replacement

Replace the wick filter every 1-2 months for optimal performance.

  1. Turn off and unplug the humidifier.
  2. Remove the water tank and old wick filter from the frame.
  3. Soak the new filter in cool water for 15-20 minutes before installation.
  4. Insert the soaked filter into the filter frame, ensuring it sits flat.
  5. Reassemble the tank and base, then plug in the unit.
  6. Reset the filter change indicator (if applicable) by pressing and holding the filter button for 3 seconds.

Note: Using the humidifier without a filter or with a dirty filter can reduce performance and increase white dust.

  2. Clean all parts thoroughly as described in the cleaning section.
