Unpack and inspect all contents. Place on a flat, stable, level surface away from direct sunlight and electronics.
WARNING! Use only cool, tap water. Do not use hot water, distilled water, or additives. Ensure unit is on a waterproof surface.
Power on the humidifier; set your desired humidity level.
CAUTION! Do not block the mist outlet or air intakes. Keep out of reach of children.
Control Panel located on the front of the base unit.
Main Controls: Humidity Control Dial (turns unit On/Off and adjusts mist output), Refill Indicator Light (red), Filter Change Indicator Light (amber).
Operation: Turn dial clockwise from "OFF" to "LOW", "MEDIUM", or "HIGH". The further the dial is turned, the higher the mist output and humidity level. Adjust the Mist Nozzle as needed. The Refill Indicator Light will illuminate red when the water tank is nearly empty, signaling it is time to refill.
Regular cleaning prevents mold and mineral buildup. Clean every 1-2 weeks during use.
Tip: Use only vinegar or manufacturer-recommended cleaning solutions. Do not use abrasive cleaners or chemicals.
The Wick Filter should be replaced every 1-2 months, or when visibly discolored or mineralized, or when the Filter Change Indicator Light illuminates.
WARNING! Never operate the humidifier without a filter installed. This can cause over-humidification and damage the unit.
Automatic Shut-Off: Turns the unit off when the water tank is empty, preventing damage to the motor. Tip-Over Protection: Internal switch stops operation if unit is knocked over. Over-Humidification Prevention: Wick filter system helps regulate output.
When not in use for an extended period (e.g., summer months), prepare the unit for storage.
CAUTION! Do not store with water in the tank or with a wet filter, as this can promote mold growth.
