Specifications

Controls and Operation

Control Panel consists of a single Humidity Control Knob and a Power Indicator Light.

Knob Positions: OFF, LOW, HIGH. Turning the knob clockwise increases mist output.

Indicator Light: Illuminates when the unit is powered and producing mist. If the light is off, check that the unit is plugged in and the tank has water.

Auto Shut-Off: The unit will automatically turn off when the water tank is empty. The indicator light will turn off. Refill the tank to resume operation.

Filling the Water Tank

  1. Turn the control knob to OFF and unplug the unit.
  2. Lift the water tank off the base using the carry handle.
  3. Carry the tank to a sink. Turn it upside down and unscrew the tank cap (located on the bottom).
  4. Fill the tank with clean, cool tap water. Do not exceed the MAX fill line.
  5. Screw the tank cap back on tightly. Ensure the sealing gasket is in place.
  6. Wipe any water from the outside of the tank.
  7. Return the tank to the base, aligning it carefully. Press down gently until it is fully seated.
  8. Plug in the unit and turn the knob to desired setting.

Tip: Use distilled or demineralized water to minimize white dust if you have hard water.

Using the Medicine Cup & Essential Oils

Medicine Cup:

  1. Ensure the unit is off and unplugged.
  2. Pull out the medicine cup located on the side of the humidifier base.
  3. Add the recommended amount of liquid inhalant or a vapor pad to the cup. Do not overfill.
  4. Slide the cup back into its slot securely.
  5. Operate the humidifier as normal. The warm mist will pass through the cup, carrying the medication vapors.

Essential Oil Tray:

  1. Locate the small, removable essential oil tray (separate from the medicine cup).
  2. Add 2-3 drops of your preferred essential oil directly into the tray.
  3. Slide the tray back into its designated slot.
  4. Operate the humidifier. The mist will pick up the fragrance from the tray.

WARNING! NEVER add essential oils, medications, or any chemicals directly into the water tank. This can damage the unit and void the warranty.

Cleaning & Maintenance

Regular cleaning prevents mineral buildup and microbial growth. Clean every 1-2 weeks during use.

  1. Unplug the unit and empty any remaining water.
  2. Remove the water tank and base cover if removable.
  3. Clean the tank interior with a mixture of 1 teaspoon of white vinegar and 1 gallon of water. Swish thoroughly.
  4. Use a soft brush to clean the tank cap and any hard-to-reach areas. Rinse thoroughly with clean water.
  5. Wipe the exterior of the base and tank with a damp, soft cloth. Do not immerse the base in water.
  6. Allow all parts to air dry completely before reassembling and using.
  7. For descaling (white mineral deposits), use a stronger vinegar solution (1 part vinegar to 2 parts water) and let soak for 20 minutes before scrubbing and rinsing.

CAUTION! Do not use abrasive cleaners, bleach, or detergents. Never immerse the electrical base in water or let water enter the motor housing.

Safety Features

Auto Shut-Off: Automatically powers down the heating element when the water tank is empty, preventing damage and fire risk.

Cool-Touch Exterior: The outer casing remains cool to the touch during operation.
