Specifications

Controls and Settings

Front Panel: POWER Button, HUMIDITY CONTROL Dial, Refill Indicator Light.

Operation: POWER turns unit On/Off. HUMIDITY CONTROL dial adjusts mist output (Low for quiet, minimal moisture; High for maximum output). Refill Light glows red when water level is low.

Settings Guidance: Use Low setting for maintaining slight humidity or overnight use. Use Medium for average dry conditions. Use High for very dry air or rapid humidity increase. Always start with a lower setting and increase as needed.

Operation

Daily operation is simple once set up.

  1. Check water level daily. Refill when the Refill Indicator light comes on or the mist output decreases.
  2. To refill: Turn unit OFF and unplug. Lift tank off base, carry to sink, unscrew cap, empty any remaining water, refill with cool water, replace cap, and return tank to base.
  3. Plug in and press POWER to restart. The unit will resume at the previously set dial position.
  4. Adjust the mist nozzle periodically to ensure even room coverage.

Tip: For best performance, use distilled or demineralized water to reduce mineral deposits and extend filter life.

Maintenance & Cleaning

Regular cleaning prevents mold, mineral buildup, and ensures efficient operation.

  1. Daily: Refill with fresh, cool water.
  2. Weekly: Clean the water tank and base.
    • Unplug unit. Remove tank and empty all water.
    • Clean tank interior with a soft brush or cloth and a mixture of mild dish soap and white vinegar or a humidifier cleaner. Rinse thoroughly.
    • Wipe the base exterior with a damp cloth. Do not immerse base in water.
    • Allow all parts to air dry completely before reassembly.
  3. Seasonal: If storing, clean thoroughly as above, ensure all parts are completely dry, and store in original box in a cool, dry place.

WARNING! Never use harsh chemicals, abrasives, or detergents not intended for humidifiers. Always unplug before cleaning.

Filter Replacement

The wick filter should be replaced every 1-2 months during use, or when visibly discolored or hardened.

  1. Turn off and unplug the humidifier. Remove the water tank.
  2. Locate the used wick filter in the base. Pull it straight up and out of the filter frame.
  3. Take the new filter from its packaging. Soak it in cool water for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Insert the soaked filter into the filter frame in the base. Ensure it is seated flat.
  5. Replace the water tank, plug in the unit, and resume operation.

Note: Using the humidifier without a filter or with an old filter can reduce performance and lead to mineral dust (white dust) being emitted.
