Unpack and inspect all contents. Place on a flat, stable, level surface away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
WARNING! Use only clean, cool water. Do not use hot water or add any chemicals, oils, or fragrances to the water tank. Ensure the unit is on a stable, waterproof surface.
After installation, follow these steps to begin operation.
CAUTION! Do not operate without water. Do not block the mist outlet. Keep out of reach of children.
The humidifier is operated primarily via the Mist Control Knob on the base unit.
Control Knob Positions:
OFF: Unit is powered off.
LOW (I): Minimum mist output for quiet operation and extended run time.
MEDIUM (II): Moderate mist output.
HIGH (III): Maximum mist output for rapid humidification.
Operation Tips:
- For best results, use in a closed room.
- Ideal humidity level is between 40% and 60%. Use a hygrometer to monitor.
- If white dust appears, use demineralization cartridges or distilled water.
- The automatic shut-off will activate when the water tank is empty. Refill to resume operation.
Regular cleaning is essential to prevent mold and mineral buildup.
WARNING! Always unplug the unit before cleaning. Never use abrasive cleaners, bleach, or chemicals.
The wicking filter should be replaced every 1-2 months, or more often if you have hard water or use the unit frequently.
Note: Using the humidifier without a filter or with a clogged filter can reduce performance and cause mineral dust.
Automatic Shut-Off: Turns the unit off when the water tank is empty, preventing damage to the motor.
Tip-Over Protection: Some models may include a feature to shut off if the unit is knocked over.
Water Leak Prevention: Sealed base design helps contain water in the tank.
Always place the humidifier on a flat, stable, waterproof surface. Do not use in an area where it is likely to get wet from external sources.
When not in use for an extended period, prepare the humidifier for storage.
CAUTION! Never store the unit with water in the tank, as this can lead to mold growth and damage.
