Unpack and inspect all contents. Place on a flat, stable, and level surface away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
WARNING! Always place the humidifier on a water-resistant surface. Do not place on carpets or delicate surfaces where moisture could cause damage.
Before first use, clean the tank as described in the Maintenance section.
CAUTION! Use only clean, cool tap water. Do not use hot water, distilled water with additives, or essential oils, as this can damage the unit and void the warranty.
Primary control is a single knob on the front of the base unit.
Control Knob Positions:
OFF: Unit is powered off.
LOW (I): Minimum mist output for quiet, overnight use.
MEDIUM (II): Moderate mist output for average room conditions.
HIGH (III): Maximum mist output for quickly raising humidity levels.
Power Indicator Light: A blue LED illuminates when the unit is plugged in and the control knob is turned to any setting other than OFF.
Auto Shut-Off: The unit will automatically power off when the water tank is empty. The indicator light will remain on until the unit is unplugged or turned to OFF.
Regular cleaning prevents mineral buildup and microbial growth. Clean at least once a week during use, or more often in hard water areas.
Tip: For daily maintenance, empty and refill the tank with fresh water every day to keep water clean.
Auto Shut-Off: Protects the unit from running dry and overheating.
Tip-Over Protection: The unit is designed to minimize leakage if tipped over, but should always be kept upright.
Low Water Indicator: Mist output will gradually decrease as the tank nears empty, signaling it is time to refill.
Unplug before any cleaning or maintenance. Store in a cool, dry place when not in use for extended periods.
CAUTION!
- Never operate the unit without water in the tank.
- Do not block the mist outlet or air intakes.
- Do not move the unit while it is operating or full of water.
- Keep out of reach of children and pets.
- Use only as directed in this manual.

| Symptom | Possible Cause | Corrective Action |
|---|---|---|
| No mist output | Unit not plugged in / Tank empty / Knob on OFF | Plug in unit. Fill tank with water. Turn knob to desired setting. |
| Low mist output | Mineral buildup / Low setting selected / High humidity in room | Clean unit per instructions. Turn knob to higher setting. Mist output decreases naturally when target humidity is reached. |
| Water leaking | Tank not seated properly / Overfilled tank / Damaged seal | Remove and re-seat tank firmly. Do not overfill. Inspect tank and base seals for damage. |
| Unusual noise | Mineral buildup on transducer / Unit on uneven surface | Clean unit thoroughly. Place on a flat, level surface. |
| Indicator light not on | No power / Faulty outlet / Internal issue | Check power cord connection. Try a different outlet. If problem persists, contact customer service. |
| White dust around unit | Minerals in water being dispersed into air | Use demineralization cartridge (if compatible) or distilled water. Clean room surfaces regularly. |
Reset: Unplug the unit for 5 minutes, then plug back in to reset the electronics.
