  1. Unplug the unit and remove the water tank.
  2. Empty any remaining water from the tank and base.
  3. Fill the tank with a mixture of 1 cup white vinegar and 1 gallon of clean water. Let it sit for 20 minutes.
  4. Gently scrub the inside of the tank with a soft brush or cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
  5. Rinse the tank thoroughly with clean water several times to remove all vinegar residue.
  6. Wipe the exterior of the unit and the base with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the base in water.
  7. Allow all parts to air dry completely before reassembling and using.

Safety Features

Auto Shut-Off: Protects the unit from running dry and overheating.

Tip-Over Protection: The unit is designed to minimize leakage if tipped over, but should always be kept upright.

Low Water Indicator: Mist output will gradually decrease as the tank nears empty, signaling it is time to refill.
