Installation

Unpack and inspect all contents. Place on a stable, level, waterproof surface away from walls and furniture.

  1. Remove all packaging materials from inside and outside the unit.
  2. Place the humidifier on a flat, waterproof surface at least 4 inches from walls.
  3. Ensure the unit is positioned away from curtains, bedding, and other obstructions.
  4. Check that the power cord is undamaged and can reach an outlet without tension.

WARNING! Use only on a stable, level surface. Do not place on carpets or near heat sources. Keep out of reach of children.

First-Time Setup

Before first use, clean the tank and base as instructed. Fill with water and power on.

  1. Cleaning: Wash tank and base with mild soap and water. Rinse thoroughly.
  2. Filling: Remove tank, turn upside down, unscrew cap, and fill with cool, clean water. Replace cap securely.
  3. Assembly: Place tank back onto base, ensuring it sits firmly and evenly.
  4. Power: Plug into a 120V AC outlet. Turn control knob to desired setting (Low or High).

CAUTION! Always unplug before cleaning or moving. Do not use hot water to fill the tank. Ensure tank cap is tight to prevent leaks.

Operation: Turn knob clockwise from OFF to LOW or HIGH. Indicator light will illuminate. For maximum moisture output, use HIGH setting. Use LOW for quiet operation and extended run time.

Medicine Cup: Add inhalants or compatible essential oils to the cup before turning unit on. Do not add directly to water tank.

Automatic Shut-Off: Unit will power off when water tank is empty or improperly seated. Indicator light will turn off.

Filling and Operation

Daily operation involves filling the tank, setting the mist level, and monitoring water level.

  1. Unplug the unit from the electrical outlet.
  2. Lift the water tank off the base by the handle.
  3. Turn tank upside down and unscrew the fill cap.
  4. Fill with cool, clean tap or distilled water. Do not exceed max fill line.
  5. Securely tighten the cap. Wipe any spilled water from tank exterior.
  6. Place tank back on base, ensuring it is seated correctly.
  7. Plug in the unit. Turn knob to LOW or HIGH to begin humidifying.

Tip: Using distilled or demineralized water can reduce white dust and mineral buildup.

Maintenance & Cleaning

Regular cleaning is essential for performance and to prevent mold or bacteria growth.

  1. Daily: Empty any unused water from the tank and base. Rinse with clean water.
  2. Weekly: Deep clean tank and base with a mixture of white vinegar and water (1:1 ratio). Soak for 20 minutes, scrub, and rinse thoroughly.
  3. Descaling: Remove mineral deposits from heating element using vinegar solution as above. Never use abrasive cleaners or brushes.
  4. Filter Replacement: If your model has a demineralization filter, replace it every 30-60 days or as indicated.
  5. Storage: Before storing, clean thoroughly, dry all parts completely, and store in original box in a cool, dry place.

WARNING! Always unplug and allow to cool completely before cleaning. Never immerse base unit in water. Do not use harsh chemicals.
