Installation & Setup

Unpack and inspect all components. Place on a flat, stable surface away from walls and electronics.

  2. Install the wicking filter: Remove from packaging, soak in water for 15 minutes, then insert into the filter slot.
  3. Fill the tank: Carry to sink, remove cap, fill with cool tap water, replace cap securely.
  4. Place the tank: Position tank onto the base, ensuring it sits firmly.
  5. Plug into a standard 120V AC outlet.

WARNING! Do not use with extension cords. Ensure hands are dry when handling the unit or plug. Place on a water-resistant surface.

First-Time Use

Power on the humidifier and configure initial settings.

  1. Power On: Press the POWER button; the indicator light should illuminate.

Operation Modes

Three main modes: Continuous, Auto, and Night.

  1. Continuous: Runs at selected mist setting until tank is empty or turned off.
  2. Auto: Uses built-in humidistat to maintain set humidity level, cycling on/off as needed.
  3. Night Mode: Reduces noise and dims lights (if equipped) for undisturbed sleep.

Tip: Use Auto mode for energy efficiency and consistent comfort. Ensure doors/windows are closed for best performance.

Maintenance & Cleaning

Regular cleaning prevents mold and mineral buildup.

  1. Daily: Refill tank with fresh water as needed.
  2. Weekly: Empty any remaining water, clean tank with mild soap and water, rinse thoroughly.
  3. Monthly: Deep clean base unit: Unplug, remove tank, wipe interior with vinegar solution (1 part white vinegar to 2 parts water) to descale, rinse well.
  4. Dry all parts completely before reassembly.

CAUTION! Always unplug before cleaning. Do not immerse base in water. Use only recommended cleaners.

Filter Replacement

Replace wicking filter every 1-3 months for optimal performance.

  1. Unplug the humidifier and remove the water tank.
  2. Remove the old filter from its slot.
  3. Soak the new filter in cool water for 15 minutes.
  4. Insert the new filter into the slot, ensuring it is seated properly.
  5. Reset the filter indicator (if equipped) by pressing and holding the FILTER button for 3 seconds.
  6. Reassemble and refill the tank.

Note: Using the unit without a filter or with a clogged filter can reduce performance and cause damage.
