Most Common Issues & Solutions (All Models)

• No mist / not working: Check power supply; ensure water tank is full and properly seated; clean mineral buildup.
• Low mist output: Clean the wick/filter or transducer; use distilled or demineralized water.
• White dust on furniture: Switch to distilled water or install a demineralization cartridge.
• Loud noise / gurgling: Check water level; clean the base and fan; ensure unit is on a level surface.
• Leaking water: Verify tank is not cracked and O-ring is properly seated.
• Red light / error indicator: Clean sensor or filter; refill tank.

Ultrasonic & Cool Mist Models

• Transducer not vibrating: Clean transducer with vinegar solution; descale regularly.
• Intermittent operation: Check humidity sensor; clean air intake grille.

Warm Mist & Evaporative Models

• No heat / warm mist: Check heating element and thermal fuse.
• Mold or odor: Clean tank and base with vinegar; replace wick/filter every 1-2 months.

Whole House / Console Models

• Unit not turning on: Check furnace compatibility and wiring.
• Low humidity in home: Check bypass damper and water supply line.
